2. Refund & Returns Policy

2.1 Return Window

  • Fine-art prints: 30 days from delivery

  • Original paintings: 14 days from delivery

  • Digital downloads, custom commissions, sale items & gift cards: Final sale – non-refundable

2.2 Eligibility

Items must be in original condition, unframed/unhung, with all packaging and certificates. Customers are responsible for return shipping and adequate insurance.

2.3 How to Start a Return

Email orders@gabriela-art.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return. We’ll reply within 3 business days with approval, instructions and the return address.

2.4 Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect the package on arrival. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if artwork arrives damaged or incorrect; keep all packaging for inspection.

2.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2.6 Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a replacement is to purchase the desired item and return the original under this policy.
