This website is operated by Gabriela Art. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Gabriela Art. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein.

3.2 Eligibility & Conduct

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in most U.S. states) to use this Site. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, transmit harmful code, or infringe on intellectual-property rights.

3.3 Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text and graphics are the property of Gabriela Elbaz and protected by copyright law. No image may be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

3.4 Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

• Colours on screen may vary from actual artwork.

• We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

3.5 Order Acceptance

A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason; in such cases you will receive a full refund.

3.6 Shipping

Orders are shipped from Israel (originals) or via our U.S./EU print partners (prints). Delivery times are estimates only; customs delays are outside our control. Import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

3.7 Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card details.

3.8 Third-Party Tools & Links

The Site may provide access to third-party tools or links (e.g., social media, framing services). Use of such tools is at your own risk; we are not liable for third-party content.

3.9 User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments or images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use them for marketing. Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, or infringe others’ rights.

3.10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
